Dr. Saory Kong, DDS (Georgetown University), founded Seven Corners Dental Care in 1988 with a simple idea: quality dental care for patients of every background and budget. His daughter, Dr. Tepy Kong, has led the practice since 2000.

B.A. from the University of Richmond, Doctor of Dental Surgery from Howard University. Dr. Kong joined her father's practice in 2000 and leads it today. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Khmer. Trained at the Las Vegas Institute in neuromuscular dentistry. Believes communication and prevention are the keys to optimal oral health.

Neuromuscular Dentistry Dr. Tepy Kong is trained at the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies in neuromuscular dentistry — a specialized approach that considers the relationship between teeth, jaw joints, and muscles to treat chronic headaches, TMJ disorders, and bite misalignment. Few practices in Northern Virginia offer this level of care.

How often should I visit the dentist?
We recommend visiting every six months for a routine exam and professional cleaning. Patients with gum disease or other conditions may need more frequent visits. Dr. Tepy Kong emphasizes that prevention is the key to maintaining optimal oral health.
Do you accept walk-ins and emergencies?
Yes! We welcome walk-ins and provide same-day emergency treatment. We're open 7 days a week — Monday through Saturday 9am to 6pm (closed 1–2pm for lunch), and Sunday 9am to 1pm.
What insurance do you accept?
We participate with AETNA PPO, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna PPO, Delta Dental PPO, GEHA, Guardian, and United Concordia. We verify benefits, submit claims, and estimate your responsibility as a courtesy.
What languages do you speak?
Our team speaks English, Spanish, French, and Khmer. Dr. Tepy Kong is fluent in all four languages, reflecting the diverse community we serve in the Seven Corners area.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer in-house financing for major dental work — call us at (703) 538-4630 for details. We also accept CareCredit payment plans, along with cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Do you see children?
Absolutely. We provide pediatric dentistry including fluoride treatments, sealants, pulpotomy, and space maintainers. We love treating the whole family.
